— BRITT OGILVY CONSULTING
I am intentional about creating space for clear thinking. I work with individuals, teams and businesses navigating strategic communications, campaign building, client relationships, multi-country work and professional situations that need deeper thought or careful consideration. I help you get clear on what matters and, where useful, shape the structures around the work, whether that is a campaign, team, organisational setup, process or decision path, so that you can move forward with confidence.
Half-hour and hourly sessions · Ongoing Advisory Access
Objective, strategic steering for the people, relationships and decisions holding complex work together.
— FOCUSED CLARITY SESSIONS
A meaningful pause in a crowded working day
A focused clarity session creates a confidential, human space for you to think and spar without professional filtering, organising what’s happening and turning uncertainty into clarity, so you can move forward with confidence.
Effective delivery should not require self-erasure.
Professional pressure can cause you to suppress your instincts or lose sight of who you are while trying to deliver, often without realising it. I’m here to work with you on meeting the needs of the work while staying connected to your values, judgement and professional voice.
— THE DISTINCTION
What makes my approach distinctive
01
A candid and human thinking space
You don’t need to sanitise the situation or arrive with a polished version of events. You can speak openly about the human dynamics influencing the work.
02
Insight-led, specialist perspective
I bring over 14 years of agency- and client-side pattern recognition, holding the person, team, project and commercial objective together as one connected system across strategic communications, client leadership and multi-country delivery.
03
Honest without being harsh
I’m prepared to say what I believe the situation requires. The purpose of candour is to create clarity and movement.
Challenge creates forward momentum.
Experienced outside perspective at the moments that shape the success of the work
This kind of outside perspective is often most valuable before things become difficult. I can help at the beginning of a campaign, pitch or new engagement, when a team is taking shape, when roles or decisions need clearer definition, or when a business is working across new markets or relationships.
At the beginning
Establishing what needs to be in place for the work to move well.
The client and stakeholder relationship
Campaign, project or engagement shape
Team structure and roles
Decision-making and approval paths
Processes and ways of working
Central, regional and local responsibilities
Likely pressure points
During delivery
The project flow becomes unclear
The relationship is under pressure
Approvals are slowing progress
A response needs pressure-testing
At a key decision point
Step outside immediate delivery pressure
Identify the true issue
Consider the perspectives involved
Agree on a practical way forward
I don’t take over the management or execution of the project. Together with you, or your team, I aim to strengthen the structure, judgement, communication and relationships that enable the broader team to manage it smoothly, and successfully.

— THE JOURNEY
From a booked moment to a practical route forward
● Book
A half-hour or hourly session, with brief context provided in advance and any pre-reading kept short.
What would you like to leave clearer about?
● Arrive openly
You don’t need a polished question, just what feels uncertain, stuck, or in need of deeper thought.
● Clarify & sharpen
I listen for facts, context and roadblocks, then sharpen the central issue or challenge an assumption.
● Translate into action
Next steps, priorities and the first manageable action.
What will you do differently as a result of this conversation?
● Receive & follow up
Within one business day, I’ll send the steer, the next move, and one thing to hold onto. In a later session, we can review progress or prepare for the next decision.
